Great step-by- step guide to demo trading. Practicing demo trading is not the same as the real money trading, but it is a good start to figure out the basics and build up your first trading plan.
If you are new to Forex Trading, it is advisable to start learning about the trade and also the usage of the Online Forex Trading Platform with the Demo Account. The Demo account is the same as the real account except that in the Demo Account you are using virtual money. You can test your trading strategies under real market conditions with the Demo Account.
I agree with your opinion that practicing with a Demo Account is not the same as the real money trading. This is where you must regard the virtual money as real money, instill self discipline and start adopting money management techniques even at the stage of using a Demo Account.
It’s a difficult thing to adhere to but you must commit yourself to it if you want to nature yourself to be a successful forex trader.

One of the Forex Brokers with Mini Account is MasterForex. At MasterForex you can also choose to download the No Swap or Interest Free Account or sometimes called as the Islamic Account.
The Demo Forex Mini Account
• The Meta 4 Demo Forex Account or the practice forex trading platform is similar to the trading platform of the real trading accounts.
• With the Demo Forex Account, you can study and analyze the fundamentals of forex trading under real trading conditions as if you are trading with a real account.
• You can practice trading using the same tools as in the real account.
• Test the Forex Trading Systems or the Forex Trading Strategies before using them in a real account.
In most cases the Metaquotes logo or the Forex Brokers banner is used to show the download link for the Demo Forex Accounts.
Click on the logo and within minutes you can download a Demo Forex Account. Normally, you are not required to register for the Demo Forex Account.

1. Download the Meta Trader 4 Trading Platform.
2. Save and install it on your computer.
3. Open it.
4. An account creation wizard will pop up.
5. Enter you details in the appropriate boxes and press “Next”. You have to agree to subscribe to the Brokers newsletters and you have tick the “I agree to subscribe to your newsletters” box.
6. You will see a server selection window. Leave it as it is and press “Next”.
7. Press Scan.
8. Scanning and downloading process starts.
9. The next window will process your information, and give you your username, password and investor's password.
10. Press Finish.
11. Now, with your Demo Forex Account you can start practicing your trade with risks.
